APPOINTMENTS
a. Booking in advance is always suggested. Walk-ins are accepted upon availability. Please book your appointments online through our website and make sure to select a technician. It's possible that the technician may be different from the one you initially booked unless you specifically request their service. If you are unable to select a technician during the booking process, it means we don't have any available slots with that technician. In such cases, please refrain from making a booking as you may not receive the services when you arrive. Additionally, please ensure that all your information is accurate. We will send a confirmation after you have successfully booked your appointments.
b. For waxing appointments, please ensure that you have not shaved your hair for at least two weeks prior to your appointment. Otherwise, the hair may not be able to be removed as desired.
c. We recommend that you wear open-toe shoes or bring a pair of slippers with you when you book pedicure services.

CANCELLATION AND ARRIVAL
a. All cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows, late cancellations, and same-day changes will be charged the full price for the services. Please arrive on time, and we will do our best to ensure your appointment starts promptly as well.
b. We are unable to accommodate appointments if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. In such cases, your appointment will be automatically canceled and charged the full service price.

PAYMENT AND GRATUITY
a. We accept most credit cards.
b. We appreciate gratuities for our technicians in cash.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All services, gift cards, health, beauty, and personal care items are non-returnable and final.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SERVICES
Our team always strives to provide quality work to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. We welcome you to come back for complimentary touch-up services until you are satisfied. Before booking complimentary services, please email us on the day your polish chips, providing photos of the affected nails and the date of your appointment.We will fix chipped gel polish within 5 days from your appointment. For regular nail polish, we offer free fixes within 2 days from your appointment."
